Recent data has shown that 2024 was one of the worst years on record for the UK’s butterflies. For the first time ever, more than half of our butterfly species in the UK are in long-term decline. With 85% of the UK population living in urban areas, it has never been such an important time to support conservation and community engagement in our UK cities. 18 species have previously been recorded in Waterlow Park and more areas have recently been planted to encourage butterflies.
Numbers are limited to 25 so please book early.
